Dear Little League Volunteer,
This is much bigger than Little League®.
The COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic is rapidly changing the way that we, as global citizens, think, act, gather, learn, and live our daily lives. And, yes, that also means how we play Little League.
With the most recent guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Little League International Board of Directors and staff is now strongly advising all its local Little League programs to suspend/delay their Little League seasons through no earlier than Monday, May 11. We implore you to follow this recommendation and suspend all Little League activities through no earlier than May 11.
2020 CRNAA program for children ages 8-12. Players in this age range can play in our Major League, National League or American League programs.
Major league players are all of the 12 year players who register, plus any 11, 10 or possibly 9-year old players whose performance at the annual assessment and prior playing experience demonstrates that they can compete at this level.
National league players are all of the remaining 11 year players who register, plus any 10, 9 or possibly 8-year old players whose performance at the annual assessment and prior playing experience demonstrates that they can compete at this level.
American League players are all remaining 10 and 9-year old players and any 8 or 7-year old player whose performance at the annual assessment and prior playing experience demonstrates that they can compete at this level. If an 8 or 7-year old player is not drafted they will be placed on a Rookie League (coach pitch) team.
*The above are guidelines and not strict requirements.
2020 CRNAA program for children ages 13-15. The Babe Ruth boundaries are larger and therefore afford more players the opportunity to participate in the CRNAA in-house program. Games are typically played in a great setting in Newtown Borough at Pickering Field. This league allows players of all abilities to extend their baseball playing career.
Below are some tips and best practices on using the CRNAA site. Please a few minutes to review them:
Adding/Changing Email Addresses - Coaches do not add or change email addresses. They simply use the site to email their teams and update schedules. Please log into the site yourself and add/update your personal information including email addresses.
Google Calendar, Android and iPhone users - When the schedules are posted, it's recommended that parents import their child's schedule into the calendar of their choice. There's video on how to do this with Google Calendar but it should help with iPhone's, Outlook and other programs as well. Click here for the video.
